I confess that I was a bit perplexed with the task of replacing my daughter's Rolex GMTll watch which was stolen from her in Buenos Aires recently. A quick search of the web made clear that the watch is no longer made and would have to be replaced with a used one.

While I have purchased many small ticket items on Ebay, I had never considered buying a used high ticket watch—there seemed too many things that could go wrong, e.g., not delivered as pictured and the possibility of buying a fake to name a few. All that said, the watch I perused on your firm's Ebay site appeared to be JUST the one I wanted. After a lengthy conversation with you, I decided to go ahead and bid for the watch. I went on to win the auction.

Only four days later, the watch arrived via Priority mail. Included were all the original packaging materials and a watch that looked like it had never been worn!

Thank you Donald for promptly delivering to me a Rolex that was accurately described and offered at what I consider a very fair price. In addition, the long conversation you had with me just prior to my bidding on the item convinced me that you are a bona fide Rolex authority and tht Houston Gold Exchange is a thoroughly reputable Ebay merchant!

Feel free to share this strong endorsement with others who might share my early concerns. I am confident that they, too will have a similar experience to mine dealing with you and your company.

Last March my sisters and I came to Houston to visit our mother, who has late-stage Alzheimers. Her husband, care givers and doctor were unable to remove her two wedding rings, and her joint continued to swell to the point of cutting off the circulation. The top part of her finger was bruised and painful to the touch. She was not able to communicate, but loudly protested when GE staff attempted to cut the rings off.
No less than 3 Houston Gold Exchange staff using 4 different tools labored to finally free my mothers finger. They were very kind and gracious about our plight and the limited amount of time we had to address this problem. They truly put my mothers needs first despite their inconvenience. Their attended to this very frail and helpless elderly lady, and treated her with care and kindness.
Richard, the Jeweler, cut a notch in the ring shank and polished it down so she was able to wear it as an adjustable ring. He even offered to clean and polish all of our rings at the same time for no charge, even though they hadnt been purchased there! The staff are true jewelry professionals and demonstrated their exceptional dedication to service over what any mall jewelry store could provide!

Dear Mr. Albert

Your patience was unwavering, held and complimented with years of acquired customer service, all of my issues of concerns were laid to rest as I pondered and toiled with that daunting task "which diamond to buy". Although a relative small purchase, my money was spent for the best that it would afford, very pleased!!

More so than anything, I appreciated your skills as a salesperson, letting me with "no pressure" to look, finally come to my own conclusion as to what to purchase, one of the nicest shopping experiences I have had in a long time, so Thank You Very Much!!

Bonus in all of this, is that I can return at a future date and this purchase will apply towards something larger and of a substantial greater value. My son actually wanted me to just get a carat stone, he will be right proud the day he proposes to his lovely woman.

As us Country Folk say, "It was our pleasure"! I called this venture, a day outing. The drive was worth it, and really, from a Mother's standpoint, I have no words in my vocabulary to describe the feeling that I know my son will be bursting with when he's on bended his kneed to proposing to the woman who's stolen his heart...

You, Mr. Albert have touched my son's life, in a moment that he'll remember always. Thank you again for all your expertise and patience for allowing me to purchase that perfect stone, with a Mother's gratitude, I extend a well deserved "Hats Off to You"!!

Hi Donald!

The necklace and bracelet just arrived, and they are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!  I am so thrilled, they are everything and more, and exactly what I have been looking for for years.  What is so great is that the coins are large, but not too large, and the necklace is very comfortable, not heavy at all.  SO perfect.  I can't thank you enough for your helpfulness and patience and excellent salesmanship.  I have already recommended you and the Houston Gold Exchange to my Texan friends, and for sure I will drop by next time I'm in Houston.  And I will of course I will leave A+ feedback for you on on ebay.
